AND THE MORONS APPEAR
Age and gender is no barrier as the morons quickly sprung out into the open. Women induced labor so it wouldn't interfere with the game. As the game ended, remarks such as "I am going to sell my car, so I can be there". Or " I don't care what it costs, I will get the money someplace". People are cancelling weddings, and going into deep dept. And this is only the first day of two weeks, that we will have to endure this insanity.

"A fool and his money are soon parted."
The sad part, it's the fools who can least afford it.
Tickets to the first Super Bowl cost $12. It wasn't a sellout, either. People were smarter back then...or at least a lot poorer :-)
$12???
It's a matter of "supply and demand". If people refused to pay outrageous prices, the prices would come down. It's more difficult to manage without things like milk -- but certainly, Super Bowl tickets are not a necessity.
I think people were a lot smarter back then.People were happy with one football game on Sunday, and the ten or so minutes of sports news at the end of local news.
Tickets not a necessity? Haven't you been listening to the news, and what morons are doing to get them.Besides they are a real bargain right now,. $4,ooo for the cheap seats. Such a deal.
