POLLS

There must be a million and one political polls and they seem to be taken almost on a daily basis. I have never been asked my opinion, nor the people that I know asked of theirs.

So the big question of the day is, who are these people that give these opinion, or are they just numbers drawn up by the pollsters to sway our way of thinking?

Pelmo, who's your favorite presidential candidate? Do you prefer Beatles or Elvis? Was Nixon or Reagan the best president we've ever had? (just making up for your lost non-polled time...) ;-)

Right now I think I will check the None Of The Above box.

There was a lot of things wrong with Nixon and Reagan, but as far as international relationships they were both masters at it.

Obama and Clinton are being pushed by the media so that we could have endless hours of frivolous talk about having the first black or female presidential candidate. With all the talking that both of them have done, nothing of substance has come from either one. I know what's wrong with this country, tell me how you are going to fix it.

Yep...there's a definite drought of hope and vision settled over Washington right now, in both parties.
